At Vastu Niyojan, we pour a lot of energy, time, and ancient study into every site plan and consultation we touch. Because Vastu is a service of the mind and spirit, we have a few simple “ground rules” to keep our relationship harmonious.
Booking & Respecting Time
When you book a consultation in Jaipur or a remote session, we block out dedicated time to study your space.
Rescheduling: Life happens—we get it. If you need to move your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll happily find a new time that aligns for both of us.
Cancellations: If you decide to cancel a booked session before any work has begun, we will refund your payment, minus a small processing fee (to cover the bank’s charges).
Once the “Pencil Hits the Paper”
Vastu consultancy is an intensive process of calculation and analysis.
Work in Progress: Once we have started analyzing your floor plans or maps, we cannot offer a full refund. This is because the “energy” and professional hours have already been invested in your project.
Completed Reports: Once a digital or physical Vastu report has been delivered to you, the service is considered complete. At this stage, refunds are not available, as the knowledge and guidance have been shared.
Courses, Programs & Digital Services — No Refunds
All courses, workshops, online programs, consultations, downloadable content, and any digital or service offerings are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
In rare exceptions, any accommodation (including partial credits, deferrals, or alternative access) is purely at Management’s sole discretion. Management’s decision will be final and binding.
Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
We aren’t here just to “sell a report.” We are here to help you find peace in your space.
If you feel a recommendation is unclear or if something doesn’t sit right with you after receiving your report, talk to us. * We offer a follow-up window (usually 7–10 days) where we can jump on a call or meet at our Jaipur workplace to clarify our findings and ensure you feel confident moving forward.
